Privacy Notice
42.show respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect when you use our online store at 42.show, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and applicable Polish law.

2. What personal data we collect
- Contact and account data — name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and (if you register) your account login and password.
- Order and delivery data — shipping and billing address, company name and tax number (for business customers), the products ordered and order history.
- Payment data — data needed to process your payment. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- Communication data — the content of your enquiries, messages and reviews.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, date/time and clickstream data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your data and our legal bases
- To perform our contract with you — processing and delivering orders, managing your account and providing customer service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations — accounting, tax and consumer-law requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- For our legitimate interests — securing and improving the store, preventing fraud and chargeback abuse, and handling claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- With your consent — sending the newsletter and using optional analytics/advertising cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only as necessary and with appropriate safeguards:
- Payment provider — Revolut Bank UAB (and its payment infrastructure), which processes card payments and bank transfers.
- Shipping carriers — EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx and other couriers, to deliver your order and handle customs.
- IT and hosting providers — companies that host the website and provide technical services on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising partners — Google (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), used subject to your cookie consent.
- Public authorities — where disclosure is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the store, remember your cart and preferences, measure traffic and, with your consent, deliver relevant advertising. You can manage or reject cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner; some store features may not work fully if cookies are disabled.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards only as required to meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax records), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise these rights, contact us at mail@42.show.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption of information submitted through our order and registration forms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow generally accepted industry standards to keep your data safe.
10. Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail or a notice on our home page. Please review it periodically.
