From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).

What happened
In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.
This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.
The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.

Rated 1 out of 5 Lady I was very disappointed with my experience purchasing 2 items from Etereshop, spending about $800 Australian. I saved up for months for this purchase.
No instructions were included with either product, and a battery wasn’t included for one of them. I was told I would need to purchase this battery at my own expense. This was never explained anywhere. The company offered to reimburse me for the battery, and despite multiple messages to them to follow this through, this reimbursement has never been made.
I had to message Etereshop multiple times for instructions and explanations about my order.
I’m so disappointed I spent so much money for two items I couldn’t use in time for their initial purpose, due to the extra follow up and extra money I had to save up again for. Great product - except that it was missing the one thing that turns it on - the battery!
I understand not being able to ship the battery out of the country; but this was never explained anywhere. The battery was an extra $60 on top of the purchase price.
Etereshop said they would reimburse the battery price, and then after hearing nothing after several messages, I still haven’t ever received this refund.
Extremely disappointedRated 1 out of 5 Josh It looked amazing for about 2 weeks, then the glue and reflective portions of the mirrors fell apart after minimal use. When the connection between the foam came undone I contacted the seller to have the mask repaired or replaced (what good is an unwearable mask?), I was offered a discount on my next purchase (if I ever feel like buying another mask that doesn’t work). I was told to use a glue that they forgot to include with the mask delivery. I was then advised to purchase a foam glue that did not resolve the issue, to my disappointment the mask remains unwearable after 2 weeks of use. Reflective portion of mirrors started flaking off of the glass within 2 weeks. For the price paid, this product is not made with lasting materials. Disappointing experience, feels like I’ve been tricked into purchasing a $68 paper weight.
