From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).

What happened
In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.
This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.
The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.

At first I had trouble putting the codes in the remote but etere shop owner is very responsive.. I sent him like 20 messages 😩 but if you have patience it's very easy to set up. Just be very careful and take good care of your wings and they'll last you a long long long time ! I would recommend buying, very few performers have THESE wings so it makes you stand out. You can choose any design on the computer and mix of colors! It's so neat. Love them !

Rated 1 out of 5 Kimberly The wings look great, but multiple wires broke during my initial use. They dangled beyond the length of the fabric and were stepped on, easily snapping. For $150 and one time use, I would say it's not worth it. The seller emailed me directions on how to fix the broken wires, but since wire work and lighting is not my expertise, I'm having difficulty fixing them. Also, to fix the wings requires a soldering iron and some other tools, of which I do not have. They are not cheap tools either, the soldering iron coating around $50 or so itself. The seller was unwilling to offer a refund or a new pair of wings.
Rated 1 out of 5 Agnieszka The mask came broken - one LED was disconnected and as a result all the remaining ones along the same strip weren't working. Shop offered to send instructions how to fix it myself (it took them ages to send them through) but it involved smoldering iron and other things that I wasn't willing to invest time in (or spend more money on). Apart from that it was already past the event I was planning to wear it at. They also suggested I send it back to them and they would fix it but since they are abroad, I didn't want to waste more time and money on packages. All in all, waste of money.
I did order another mask and that one was fine.
