From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).
The screenshot above is our Etsy Shop Manager on 30 October 2026: 4.7 stars from 465 reviews, 2,769 sales, and the notice that the account has been suspended.
What happened
In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.
This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.
The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.
The numbers
- 465 reviews in our Etsy data export, from July 2014 to February 2026.
- 406 of them are 5 stars. The average of all 465 is 4.7 out of 5 (calculated by us from the export).
- Below are all 370 reviews that have text, including the critical ones. 90 reviews were a rating without text, and 5 were exact duplicates. Where we know which item was ordered, it is shown under the review.
Buyer names are shortened for privacy. If you wrote one of these reviews and want it changed or removed, write to sales@etereshop.com.

Rated 5 out of 5 Sierra Incredible!!! Customer service was amazing from day 1. They even offered expedited shipping (extra cost) so my item would arrive before the date I needed. Was better than the pictures. Fit like a glove, and the quality was incredible!
Rated 5 out of 5 Emma Exactly like the image! My only problem which isn't the companies fault is sizing where I'm a tall person so my torso is slightly too short for the outfit, a problem with any body suit but I gave it a chance. Great communication and sent extra mosaic pieces.
Thank you for creating a beautiful piece and putting in the hours and labour I was too lazy to do. Once I put it on I only got praise.Rated 5 out of 5 Courtney This outfit is absolutely phenomenal! The quality of the product is absolutely amazing and way exceeds expectations. The customer service was absolutely amazing I honestly have nothing but good to say about this shop!
