From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).

What happened
In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.
This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.
The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.

Rated 3 out of 5 Ariann I am not sure what happened with my wings. If I messed them up or if there is something wrong with them. I have an older pair of wings from same etere shop that still work very well, with minor problems from wear and tear.. I bought the newer system and I cannot get lights to turn on. The seller has helped as much as they can but the lights still do not work. Very disappointed since I perform with wings, and luckily for my first Performance with them I brought my old ones as back up since the new ones didn't work. I'll chalk it up to i messed up somewhere. I love this shop and have bought a few things, unfortunately these ones are just not working. I will likely buy a replacement pair when I can afford them.

Rated 3 out of 5 Hazel Edit: It took 2 months, but I have received my new wings and they're absolutely amazing! The wings are awesome but the customer service is 3 stars at best. They're pleasant enough, but I felt like I was getting the runaround and they wouldn't talk to me for a week or more at a time. They wanted me to pay to ship them back and pay for a new pair and get a refund when they got the old pair back which didn't sit right with me. I opened a case and they eventually shipped out the new pair and covered the shipping back without me having to pay extra money.
Original-Sadly 1/4th of the lights didn't work when they arrived and I haven't been able to get a new replacement pair yet. They said that I could send the old ones back and exchange them for a new pair about a week ago, but there hasn't been any forward movement on that yet.Rated 5 out of 5 D. The shop was very nice and communicated very well and made sure if I had any questions to ask. Very response and extremely nice. Also well worth the money in my opinion. I'm extremely excited to try these out at future festivals.

At first I had trouble putting the codes in the remote but etere shop owner is very responsive.. I sent him like 20 messages 😩 but if you have patience it's very easy to set up. Just be very careful and take good care of your wings and they'll last you a long long long time ! I would recommend buying, very few performers have THESE wings so it makes you stand out. You can choose any design on the computer and mix of colors! It's so neat. Love them !

Since I chose the delayed shipping option (to save $), they took some time to get here, but it was well worth the wait! The communication was excellent, the shop owner answered all my questions promptly. I am so excited to try these out!
My only (very minor) complaint is that the carrying bag that came with the wings broke almost immediately, which is unfortunate because I would hate for the wings to get damaged. I am sure I can find another bag to carry them in, so it's not too big of an issue. Also, it would be nice to have wrist straps in addition, but i think those are relatively easy to add on myself so again, not a big issue but I thought I'd mention it!

I had some problems with the controller, but the shop owner was very responsive to my concerns and helped make sure that my wings worked properly! International shipping didn't take too long either. Rated 5 out of 5 Sarah I ordered these wings a few weeks ago. The shop owner was extremely helpful and answered every and all questions I had in extreme detail. He was very quick to respond and assured me I would get the wings in time for an event at the end of September. The wings came in the mail and once I got the batteries for them and played around with them for a while I figured out how to work them and they are absolutely and utterly gorgeous! I am so excited to use them and want to give a big shout out to the shop and how wonderful they have been with everything even though I had a zillion questions!
