From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).
The screenshot above is our Etsy Shop Manager on 30 October 2026: 4.7 stars from 465 reviews, 2,769 sales, and the notice that the account has been suspended.
What happened
In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.
This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.
The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.
The numbers
- 465 reviews in our Etsy data export, from July 2014 to February 2026.
- 406 of them are 5 stars. The average of all 465 is 4.7 out of 5 (calculated by us from the export).
- Below are all 370 reviews that have text, including the critical ones. 90 reviews were a rating without text, and 5 were exact duplicates. Where we know which item was ordered, it is shown under the review.
Buyer names are shortened for privacy. If you wrote one of these reviews and want it changed or removed, write to sales@etereshop.com.

Rated 5 out of 5 Ryan The mask is extremely well put together. Came with plenty of instructions to get things up and running, and also to allow editing of the lighting. LEDs are bright, and cover the full face area extremely well.
Not only is the mask incredible, but the people at EtereShop are extremely helpful. I had an issue with shipping which was resolved quickly and without any pain. Super thankful for them.Rated 5 out of 5 Ziironet An amazing product with solid support from the shop! Really solid and consistent communication, went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted out of the product.
