Our Etsy shop is suspended — here are our 465 Etsy reviews

From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).

What happened

In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.

This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.

The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.

    Qualità ottima , una volta arrivate era tutto molto semplice… corrisponde tutto alla descrizione , sono Veramente belle , l’unica piccola accortezza è la difficoltà di riuscire a comandare le ali al
    100% le punte spesso si girano ma comunque 10 e lode per la scena che fanno ! Nulla di dire se non MERAVIGLIOSE

    Incredible wings! They arrived in excellent conditions and the instructions were clear and worked perfectly. Also came with many spare parts in case something broke (but nothing broke). 5 starts and highly reccommend!

    The wings look good but there is no instructions with then so I couldn’t get them to work but I wrote an angry message to the shop and they sent me instructions very quickly so it’s fine but ask for instructions if you order…

    I thought I was ordering a kit to build led wings. What I received was already mostly pre-built and heavily damaged. Things missing from the kit included the glue gun, batteries, and instructions. There was no mention that I would have to purchase specialty batteries for an all inclusive kit. The feather pieces are just made out of flimsy and badly cut packing styrofoam and arrived with many half torn off. I don't even dare try it on it's so fragile and can't tell if any of the electronics work because I have no way to power them. I'm 5'8 with long arms and the placement of hand holds are still way too far apart. I could have customized the sizing if I could have put it together myself. The shops responses to my messages were unhelpful and condescending. Very disappointed.

    Really love these wings and I have the best compliments out of then the only thing that I wish they were made out of a sturdier material or were made a little bit shorter because I’ve already had quite a few ”feathers” ripped of already and I only wore it once😭 fantastic customer service amazing job on them the product is so lightweight and super pretty!

    Loved the wings! I wore it for Tomorrowland 2022 and a lot of people asked for pictures! i got a lot of attention hahaha too much of it! However, it is a bad idea to wear such big wings in a crowded festival. My wings are now bent and out of shape unfortunately.

    Just received my wings, they are gorgeous!! They feel great to wear and the lights are incredible. Really looking forward to performing in these, thanks for all your hard work 🙂 Shipping was fast too!

    Für die Tanz Auftriite kann man die Flügeln noch mehr verbessern, zb. hinten am Rücken was weiches und festes wie z.b. Silikon und nicht Plexiglas platte die recht hard auf dem Rücken ist. Beim Tanzen steht die etwas ab und verhindert einige Bewegungen. Auch die Fingerhalterungen würde ich ehe an den Gelenken machen damit die Hände frei sind. Es wurde auch später geliefert als gedacht . Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden.

    I am over the moon with my purchase. It is incredibly well made and easy to use, especially for someone like me who has zero experience with this sort of technology. The customer service is impeccable. They respond very quickly and take the time to talk you through everything you need.

    I am completely in love with these wings, I bought a second pair and am considering a 3rd now hahah!
