Please read first — most of our products are excluded.
In accordance with Art. 38(1) and 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and Art. 16(a) and 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated products manufactured to the customer’s own specification or clearly personalised, nor to services fully performed with the customer’s express consent. Since our activity is custom manufacturing, these exclusions cover the majority of our orders.
Where a custom order is cancelled before production is complete, we refund the unused part of the amount paid — see Section 10 of our Terms and Conditions and our Return and Refund Policy.

Using this form is not obligatory — you may withdraw by any other unequivocal statement sent to the addresses above. We confirm receipt of every withdrawal statement by e-mail.
What happens next
- Send the withdrawal statement within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Return the goods within 14 days of sending the statement, to the address above. Please contact us first to obtain a return reference number.
- You bear the direct cost of return shipping and any customs charges.
- We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that they have been dispatched, whichever occurs first (Art. 32(3) of the Consumer Rights Act).
- The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
- We refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. If you chose express shipping, the difference is not refunded.
You are entitled to examine the goods as you would in a shop — unpack them, check the fit and switch on the electronics. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond that (Art. 34(4) of the Consumer Rights Act). Stage or event use, soiling, odour, damaged or missing mirror elements, altered garments and removed labels reduce the value of a costume, in some cases to nil; the corresponding amount is deducted from the refund. We photograph the condition of every returned item on receipt.
