From 2013 EtereShop also sold through its own shop on Etsy. Over the years buyers left us 465 reviews there, and the shop page still shows 2,769 sales (checked on 1 November 2026).
The screenshot above is our Etsy Shop Manager on 30 October 2026: 4.7 stars from 465 reviews, 2,769 sales, and the notice that the account has been suspended.
What happened
In August 2026 Etsy froze our shop under its sanctions policy, linking it to Belarus, one of the countries on its restricted list. Our shop and its owner details have been registered in Poland since 2020. We filed an appeal on 7 October 2026 and have written to Etsy support several times since, but so far we have had no substantive answer.
This does not change anything for our customers. The same team and the same workshops make every costume, and you can order directly on this website, with the same warranty and worldwide shipping.
The Etsy shop page is still online: EtereShop on Etsy. It shows the number of sales, but the reviews are no longer visible there. So we are publishing them here.
The numbers
- 465 reviews in our Etsy data export, from July 2014 to February 2026.
- 406 of them are 5 stars. The average of all 465 is 4.7 out of 5 (calculated by us from the export).
- Below are all 370 reviews that have text, including the critical ones. 90 reviews were a rating without text, and 5 were exact duplicates. Where we know which item was ordered, it is shown under the review.
Buyer names are shortened for privacy. If you wrote one of these reviews and want it changed or removed, write to sales@etereshop.com.

Rated 4 out of 5 Nan Très bon échange avec les vendeurs. Le matériel est de bonne qualité et a un très joli rendu. Il a été livré dans les temps et conforme avec ce qui était convenu. Seule chose je m'attendais à des voilages plus dorés et ils sont transparents en fait mais ça ne gache rien à mon numéro
Rated 4 out of 5 Z. Les ailes sont à hauteur de nos attentes, bon rapport qualité/prix. Délai long c'est dommage. Mais le vendeur est réactif quand nous lui posons des questions.
Rated 5 out of 5 Theresa The wings are great and just as I expected. The seller provided helpful info and checked to see if I had any questions after I received the wings.
Rated 1 out of 5 Kimberly The wings look great, but multiple wires broke during my initial use. They dangled beyond the length of the fabric and were stepped on, easily snapping. For $150 and one time use, I would say it's not worth it. The seller emailed me directions on how to fix the broken wires, but since wire work and lighting is not my expertise, I'm having difficulty fixing them. Also, to fix the wings requires a soldering iron and some other tools, of which I do not have. They are not cheap tools either, the soldering iron coating around $50 or so itself. The seller was unwilling to offer a refund or a new pair of wings.

Short response time to my requests. Perfect!Rated 1 out of 5 Mia I ordered The 29/02/16 , we are Now 21/04/16, and I still not have my order.
This is The first and last Time i order something to this shop.
I asked them to make something commercial and refund but they don't make anything.
The post track is always in Russia and it doesn't come to france. The first time I have a trouble on etsy but trust me the last.
DO NOT ORDER HERE.Rated 2 out of 5 Diana I have been trying to get this item since last Oct. The seller had issues with obtaining the material so I hung on. I finally received it a few days ago and found there was no slit cut out to slide the sticks into. I'm not sure if I should try cutting . one myself. Also, there is no battery box cover to secure the batteries. I have ordered LED wings before from a different seller and had none of these issues. I have contacted the seller about both issues. He sent me a picture of how the sticks should go in (I already know this from my other pair,)and told me the battery case did not come with a lid but I could put tape around the batteries and put them in the little bag attached. Very unprofessional. At this point, I am not sure I want to keep these wings.
Rated 1 out of 5 T. Haven't received my item yet and really needed it for NYE, but it's still in a facility for customs which is quite disappointing with the fact I paid more than I usually do for international items and even those items got delivered quicker. Took a little longer than 2 weeks for them to ship in the first place. But I'm sure once they arrive they'll be as awesome as I read in the reviews but they get 1 star from me because of delivery
Rated 5 out of 5 Tayler I am absolutely in LOVE with these wings!! The team answered all of my questions very quickly, and they were very kind! The LED's are super super bright, and the wings are made from a very nice material!! International shipping was also much quicker than expected. I am so happy to have found this shop, and hope to purchase more wings from them in the future! I highly recommend! Thank you guys SO MUCH!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Rated 5 out of 5 Sabrina These wings are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this shop, beautiful craftsmanship. I have been a very difficult customer and all of the members of this shop have really gone above and beyond to help me with technical difficulties on my end (I am not very tech savy) and have been extremely responsive. I would definitely buy from here again! 😊
Rated 5 out of 5 S. There is just one thing I can say about those wings: WOW!
Great handcraft, the lights are totally invisible for the audience until you switch them on and have the wow-effect.
Fast shipping, perfect communication with the seller, very helpful and fast replying. Had some issues first to make the wings light up as I used batteries with to low power (1,2V akkus didn't work with mine wings, they need NiZn akkus with higher voltage) and Marina from the shop did her very best to help me with my problem.Rated 5 out of 5 Jelena Easy to order. Fast and nice reply back with questions and concerns.
Wonderful wings! Tank you
