What we make to order

• LED costumes and dresses with programmable effects: effects are recorded onto an SD card; control by buttons, remote or DMX.
• Mirror costumes from acrylic mirror, never glass. They are lighter and stronger, and you can sit and dance in them.
• Custom LED masks and DJ helmets: screen masks, full-face masks and helmets with built-in ventilation fans.
• Wings: LED, mirror and mechanical wings that open at the touch of a button.
• Cosplay and character costumes, stilt-walker suits, props and stage decorations.

How a custom order works

1. Tell us your idea. Use the quote form, WhatsApp or e-mail sales@etereshop.com. A rough sketch, a reference photo or a short description is enough. Add your deadline, sizes and where the costume will be used.
2. Design. For new designs we prepare a sketch (from $275) or a 3D model (from $350). For helmets and masks we send 3D images showing where the LEDs and fans will go, so you approve the design before production starts.
3. Quote and payment. You get a fixed price and production time. We work with prepayment; terms are confirmed in your quote.
4. Production. Every piece is made for you, nothing comes from stock. Average time from payment to delivery is about 4 weeks; complex projects with new technology or materials can take several months.
5. Shipping worldwide by FedEx, DHL or UPS, with tracking.

For event agencies, shows and cruise lines

We make matching sets for dance groups, parades and corporate shows, from 5 to 50 performers. When you order 3–4 pieces of each colour we run them as one batch, which lowers the price per costume. Tell us the date of the event first: we plan production backwards from it.

FAQ

How much does a custom costume cost?

It depends on size, materials and electronics. Design starts at $275 for a sketch; the finished custom costumes in this section cost from about $2,200 to $4,300. Send us your idea and we will give you an exact price.

How long does it take?

About 4 weeks on average from payment to delivery. Complex projects with new technology or materials take longer; we confirm the time in the quote.

Can you make a costume from a picture?

Yes. A photo or drawing is enough to start. We turn it into a sketch or a 3D model for your approval before production.

Will I see the design before you start?

Yes. You approve the sketch or 3D images before we cut or print anything.

Can I cancel the order?

If you cancel during production, we refund the prepayment minus work already done. Once a piece is about 70% complete, it can no longer be cancelled. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with FedEx, DHL and UPS.
